1. Product Information
All products sold on this site are manufactured in China and shipped directly to Australia. Size, colour, material, and other specifications are detailed on each product page.
2. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are confirmed upon successful real-time payment completion
• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
3. Shipping
• Dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment; total delivery time 5–10 business days
• Remote and regional areas may require an additional 2–5 business days
• Free shipping on orders over AUD $80; AUD $9.95 for orders below
4. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
• Before dispatch: Full refund available
• Within 14 days of delivery: Return or exchange available for unused products (return shipping cost paid by customer)
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Worn items, removed tags, or washed products are not eligible for return
5. Warranty & Customer Support

• Free replacement or refund only available for defects reported within 14 days of delivery
