1. Shipping Areas
Australia-wide delivery (including all states, territories, and remote/regional areas)
2. Delivery Timeframes
 • Orders dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation from our international warehouse
 • International express shipping (DHL/FedEx/EMS/Cj) + local Australia Post or courier partner delivery
 • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch (may extend by 2–5 days during public holidays, customs clearance delays, or remote area deliveries)
3. Shipping Costs
 • Free shipping on orders over AUD $40
 • Standard shipping: AUD $9.95 for orders under AUD $80 (includes international freight and local delivery)
 • Express shipping option available at checkout for faster delivery (additional fees apply)
4. Order Tracking
You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your package through our website or directly via the courier's tracking portal.
5. Customs, Duties & GST
 • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST where applicable
 • For international imports: We pre-pay customs duties and taxes where possible to ensure smooth delivery. No additional charges will be due upon delivery for orders under AUD $1,000
 • Orders over AUD $1,000 may require additional customs documentation; we will contact you if any information is needed
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
 • Cancellations or modifications can only be made before dispatch
 • To request changes, contact our customer service team immediately at contact@luniaa.com or through your account dashboard
 • Once an order has been shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay applicable duties (if any), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
 • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
 • For damaged items, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging
 • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly
